Turnaround
At River Parish Contractors, we assist our clients with turnaround projects in budgeting, planning, scheduling, and safely executing the work in a streamlined, seamless process. This process begins with an RPC Turnaround Readiness Assessment or audit.
The assessment is completed at a specific point in the Turnaround Planning Process to determine progress status and assess our client’s ability to shut down operations, executing a timely turnaround.
During the assessment, you can expect a series of interviews followed by field observations and a documentation review. The purpose of the review is to understand the Turnaround Management Plan, assess the plan’s strengths and weaknesses, gather evidence, evaluate results, and report assessment findings.
